I've just found and am looking at Syllabus v5.
It looks perfect for a wiki type thing - all the titles etc and then content 
can be added underneath - for different software as well. 
I'll have a bash at making the structure and stick it up on a public web site 
so anyone can take it and run with it - though if anyone has a site for it?
