BT HomeHub.
It has always worked via Linux on Browser Firefox.
However , if contacting BT with problem, as I dual boot I do so via 
windows, because BT support  out -contracted company have only got 
contract to support Windows OS.

However if your modem/router is other than a Thomson speedtouch,(HomeHub 
is from Thomson) sometimes there are problems as BT staff always check 
line at your main connection using speedtouch equipment, and if 
difference from your result, then you have the problem.
