The government states what goes into the  curriculum - does this only come in 
paper format - or is it specially encrypted* so that it cant be pasted 
straight into some kind of Wiki for all teachers to use. In fact why the **** 
doesn't the government do this itself? 
I still remember an IT teacher complaining about how long she spent marking 
multiple choice IT questions. The look on her face when I suggested that they 
be done 'on line' and automatically marked.
