If anyone's interested I signed up to Pipex about a month ago, all good I thought. Got the router and info with password etc, all good. Hooked up the router, problems. Spent some times trying to resolve problem but resorted to tech supp who after some investigation informed me that thr router was broken so I should wait for them to send me a new one. Waited.... got fed up with waiting phoned tech support "Oh you have to send the old one back first, OK. Sent the router back havnt received it, so after all this I have waisted a months worth of connection which I've been paying for. Apparently if I could get a router up and working now there is a nationwide problem with their service anyway....so not too impressed with PIPEX at the moment.
