Try the GParted Live CD which contains CloneZilla.  It is supposed to 
support NTFS images of both partitions and whole discs.

I have have a play with it but I haven't managed to get it to make an 
image yet, although saying that I was limited for time.  I believe it is 
in the Ubuntu Feisty repository as well.
