Are those not designed for cameras, rather than webcams?
Not come across the items you mentioned specifically, but I know you can get 
IR filters - and even IR full conversions - for SLR type digital cameras. 
Sadly, a little out of my price range. 
In the mantime, I will see what Google turns up regarding the filters you 
mention Adrian.
