How can it be GPLed if it's written under an NDA? Isn't releasing under
the GPL basically as far from non-disclosure as it's possible to get?
To be included in Linux itself, I think that yes it would have to be
under a GPL-compatible licence; if not, it'll be similar to the NVidia
or ATI drivers in that it'll never be part of the kernel (and
therefore probably a pain to install).
