The thing is - if you've signed one you cant sign any more - there is a list 
of names of those who've signed and if you don't get the e-mail you cant 
confirm so you don't get on the list.
And these onanists of the first order want ID cards!
Can you imagine: Sorry mate you've already voted. Yes but that was 5 years 
ago.......
