I think a really bad idea. Prefixing messages "Job:" or "JOB:" is ample.

Push technology wins hands down for these things.

Now if you'd said a "GNU/Linux jobs RSS" feed, I might have to think
about that.

Presuming it has anything to do with writing free software, rather than
writing proprietary software using free software tools.

Otherwise there is a "linux jobs" UK mailing list, which takes jobs that
use GNU software as well ;)
