"apt-get install rsync" Download the script from; http://www.debian.org/mirror/ftpmirror Customise it to put the files in "/var/www/" Run the script - wait several days for it to finish, put the script in as a cron job. Use the mirror. Smaller repository are basically similar. No doubt Ubuntu is different, but that is your problem picking these minority distros ;).
