There is a web design package on the opencd v3.0,  looking at the 
writeup on the cd they are trying to add some of the features found in 
dreamweaver,  it's for windows,  but free, 

I have a iso on my linux partition, so can easily burn a cdrom off.  
There is one around here somewhere, probably still down the rugby club 
along with some other stuff.
