<blatant plug> Afraid I can't do this, but if your client needs classes on Microsoft Office Specialist courses, including Access, then I'm pretty sure that all "branches" of Cornwall College offer this... certainly the Camborne "branch" offers MOS Access courses. </blatant plug> Other than that, I would have to agree with Robin in the "make it an SQL database" front.
