It looks like 80.28.46.78 has network problems ... those delays are
very high, and the poll of >1024 is a bit unusual, I would definalty
try some other servers.
(also plugging 80.28.46.78 into http://www.pool.ntp.org/scores/ shows
a very wiggly line, it really should be a hoizontal red line at +20)
If you are on adsl you really want average delay figures of <50, I
have no idea of typical 'good' delay figures for dialup modems. Feel
free to wander over to www.morgad.no-ip.info/ntp/status/html and grab
the ip addresses of the servers I use if you want (but ignore the ones
starting 127.127.*.*)
