I am specifically prevented from offering services for pay to patients on my NHS list for other things (like IT support), however, if there were a number of reliable and competent people willing to work together to ensure that on any day either during office hours or during a 2 hour period of the evening (say) they were able to give helpdesk advice and/or carry-in or home visit support with installation and operation of Libre and/or Open Software I would be very pleased to pass their details on to anyone who mentions that their Windows application has yet again savaged them and disturbed their equanimity.
