Try a FOIA request for some part of either a descriptive document or the 
source code (mind you, I'm less than convinced that there is anything 
that one would recognise as source code _for_ the particular 
applications other than Choose and Book avialable to show people at 
present.  Plenty of framework  and toolkit stuff I expect.
