In general any cable from switch to ethernet card should be a straight through cable.
Often it just doesn't matter as the devices that use to care, now just autosense, but it is usually only linking two ethernet cards directly that requires "crossed" cables. The hubs usually have a button or method of making hub to hub connections work without a "crossed" cable.
