This is pretty old news (20th October)

Its been fixed in Firefox (almost immediately in fact) but I have no
idea about other browsers.
Firefox 1.0 isn't vulnerable, as it was released after the problems
came to light.
It wasn't that much of a deal anyway, at least if you pay attention to
what you click on screen. Designed to catch the "unwary".
