may be worthwhile, and the Linux Professional Institute seems to 
be on the right path.

One of the presentations at OSHCA 3 was on training - the detail 
was N American - the view held in common being that one needs a 
credible set of training tools, a certificate or two and a 
company that actually does training in a real place - classroom, 
hired spaces, whatever, as part of the infrastructure around an 
OS and set of applications that bog organisations will rely upon.
