I've never seen it report 0mhz. That would worry me a bit. But if it
works leave it :).
I am coming to the conclusion that Mips is still not a terribly good
guide to processor speed.

p200: 400mips
pII-500: 500mips
pIII-600: 600mips
Unless the p200 score is a reflection on the amount of memory it carries
(160mb).
