[LUG]Php version

Hi

Given the current issue with php, I logged in to my hosting control panel,

If I goto terminal

Last login: Thu Oct 22 07:54:37 BST 2026
user@host removed for security ~]$ php -v
PHP 8.5.11 (cli) (built: Oct 21 2026 00:00:00) (NTS)

Zend Engine v4.5.11, Copyright (c) Zend Technologies
with the ionCube PHP Loader v15.5.0, Copyright (c) 2002-2026, by ionCube Ltd.
with Zend OPcache v8.5.11, Copyright (c), by Zend Technologies

user@host

So according to that I am running 8.5.11, am I correct in thinking that

a) this is the correct way to check?

b) 8.5.11 is the updated patched version

c) it is safe to take my site (at least) out of maintenance mode? I recently updated my site to Grav2 which requires the server to be running 8.3 or above

Thanks,

Paul
