I guess we need to look at the implications from different view points, for exaple copyright holders,l IP holders, creators etc.

What implications would this have in other areas of AI research, for example if your AI system is internal to your facility and used to help with research based on own data sets, what would this lawsuit do to the overall AI development,

Just thought I would share to see what people think.
