A quick search got me to a blog about a tool called GitTorrent [1].
Never tried it, so I can't really comment on it. My advice would be to
self-host a GitLab [2] instance instead. I'm quite happy with it though
I don't host the one I use myself so can't comment on how easy the
setup is.
