Digging a little I see you trust "Cornish Hosting" to handle your emails, Perhaps try looking for a more mainstream service that doesn't do security updates dreckly. ;)

Blimey, I don't get 200 spam in a year.  My guess is that something is
amiss with your spam filtering, if there is any spam filtering.
