Hi, I've just moved to One.com for email, webhosting and DNS. They have the flexibility you're looking for but I can't speak for the uptime/reliability. For me the reliability has been perfect but then I've only been with them for "5 minutes", and they aren't one of the most expensive service providers. Good luck!
