Hmm, it seems this has changed since I last used it... (what's a "DVD"
anyway, is it like a stone tablet or papyrus or something?)
Try this instead, ignoring any errors (but report them back if this
still doesn't fix the issue):
sudo apt install libdvdcss2
sudo apt install libdvd-pkg
sudo dpkg-reconfigure libdvd-pkg
