This is almost certainly to do with a TV service - ie BT Vision, YouView
etc etc or anything that is based on Humax built box.
I am not familiar enough with BT provided network appliances to know
whether the port can be stealthed (but strongly suspect that they do not
give you the necessary tools). On the other hand, there will be plenty
of network appliances that would.
