Zen have finally heard back from BT who now claim the problem with my line is fixed.
Zen have reported that my line frequently drops out during their tests.
In order to find out now if the problem is on the line I would need to try another 'known working' ADSL 2+ router.
Does anybody in the Exeter area have one which I can borrow for possibly as long as a week?
