I agree with some of the things you say here. But that's a moral
argument, not one that is, or should be, valid court.
Just like to a court the argument that the argument that whatever Google
is being asked to do will be too expensive and will ruin their business
model shouldn't play a big role.
(I think we've concluded we agree on this.)
