Don't be fooled into thinking that because each individual only loses a
small amount this is not serious crime.

Not too sure,  how much would a computer shop charge to fix what has been done,   if you are on very low income and or vulnerable then every penny you have counts. 

It is not just the financial cost,  what about the stress / worry this causes.
