Same support in HTML with 'link rel=next/prev' header tags.

Conkeror uses fairly-smart-ish heuristics to guess, starting with 'link' tags, falling through to regular _expression_ matches against button and anchor text and alt text. The navigation keybindings are '[[' and ']]'.

Conkeror follows the Emacs extensibility principle, using _javascript_ and the DOM in place of Lisp and, er, Lisp, so it's possible to extend and enhance the heuristics.
