Yeah, they make you look for it though...

Someone (with a very funny blog name) has written a nice simple howto on
the factory reset that will be miles better than any official Cisco docs
here:

Sadly you can't just hold down a button for 10 seconds and restart, like
you can on most things (which on the other hand in light of "bad guy
with physical access" conversations may actually be a good point?).
