[LUG] Carrier grade NAT..

So BT are now doing it, after presumably the Plusnet trial.. (Been doing it since the start of May too by the looks of it, only Option 1 BT customers)

See

http://www.pcpro.co.uk/news/broadband/381646/customers-fume-as-bt-introduces-ip-sharing

And:

http://www.thinkbroadband.com/news/5818-bt-retail-in-carrier-grade-nat-pilot.html

Where there is a way to opt-out.

Looks like they might be looking at running CGN and IPv6, so if you want to "phone home", and you're CGN'd then you'll need to use IPv6...
