Are you sure these headers were faked? We've discussed spam sent from Yahoo accounts several times on this list. I've received a few such messages myself this week. The sending IP address was Yahoo's and they were signed with Yahoo's DKIM-signature. These two can't be faked (at least not by spammers). I think we've previously concluded Yahoo is imcompetent. I have no reason to assume they're deliberately helping the spammers.
