[LUG] Any Eclipse/Java users out there

I'm trying to do some work on TuxGuitar using Eclipse and I'm getting interesting compile problems:
package org.herac.tuxguitar.lock.unlockables; is OK
in the directory track underneath it
package org.herac.tuxguitar.lock.unlockables.track; is, according to eclipse, in the wrong place and it tries to move it somewhere its still wrong.

This looks fine to me and I cant find any font problems (it compiles fine using javac but that doesnt give a toss about location of the source)
Anyone had this at all?
