As shown by the footage from many CCTV systems. Detecting motion is rather easier. > 2. An electric fence might help. 3. Such cameras would be optimised for detecting wildlife. For the application in question something optimised to detect humans, thus ignoring anything too small and quadrupedal. Maybe even specifically identify humans carrying metal detectors and torches. Or simply a moving source of both IR and visible light, Since I'm unaware of any large luminescent mammals. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.10 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with undefined - http://www.enigmail.net/ iEYEARECAAYFAlGXLnAACgkQsoRLMhsZpFeWngCdF/XteknD3akJf/l8ExPb73Pt AYoAniDzJ/D2E9aoJuCLyST6o70OJ/VT =+UPK -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- The Mailing List for the Devon & Cornwall LUG http://mailman.dclug.org.uk/listinfo/list FAQ: http://www.dcglug.org.uk/listfaq
