Er... this means what now?

It means that if you are running an open dns resolver then someone will find it and will use it as part of their DDoS network.

So use that site to check your own IP address to make sure your router isn't providing DNS services to the world, and if it is, then upgrade it or change its configs to stop that action.

Their form errors on pretty much any input I give it. This is using Conkeror (Xulrunner engine, so like Firefox redesigned for mouseless use) with NoScript and AdBlock but no Ghostery. I'm taking it as a good sign.
