I havn't noticed this, it's still there on machines I have upgraded.

What I have encountered was

Changes to the NFS server configuration.
http://hydra.geht.net/tino/howto/linux/debian/knfsd/

I ended up having to install the default version of
/etc/squid3/squid.conf, then cut and paste from
/etc/squid3/squid.conf.dpkg-old

The problem with MRTG described in
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=653671 and
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=628804
still appears to be present.

It may be necessary to run "dpkg -P php5-suhosin" since the
upgrade may fail to remove it automatically.

I can't see a way to get a Sedlbauer Speed Card, an ancient ISA
ISDN-2 card, to work with with the 3.2.0 kernel.
