That does sound quite interesting, I'm afraid! One of my father's
claims to fame was he apparently installed the computers in Concorde,
way down in the nose. (We've not talked for years, so second hand
information), but I do recall him showing me some of his employer's
disk drives in the 80's. Bigger than a washing machine, bolted down
and required cleanroom standards.  10MB of storage.  Back when
computing was for the privilidged!
