Really?  Not in 10.0.5 it doesn't.

This might be the problem;

<img src="images/site/creamtea.jpg" width="1065%" height="750%"
border="0" hspace="3" vspace="3" alt=""> 

The width and height parts enlarge your pic massively.  Take out the %
signs or reduce the %age to something more reasonable.
