Unlimited doesn't mean you'll get good service. I could stick 10,000 websites on one server with a 1Mb connection and tell my clients it's unlimited - meaning, I'm not limiting the traffic, or cpu cycles they can get. Clients will soon get fed-up because it's slow though.
What they're not telling you is the speed of their backhaul, the memory per sever, the oversell on websites to server, and so on.
It's easy to get 100% uptime though - doesn't mean the server can actually do anything!
Still, on the surface it looks tempting...But if you want cheap hosting, I'm currently experimenting with http://www.kimsufi.co.uk/vks/ - £15 for 3 months was worth an experiment and so-far, actually, it's fine for what it is, surprisingly. However it's physically in France )-: Not sure I'll put anything critical on it for now though.
