Has anybody used a tbs-6981 dvb-s2 ccard in linhes (knoppmyth)?

I am getting real problems making it work. I am open to suggestions...

I have one of those cards. After my media centre had an unfortunate run in with a toddler, it's been offline, so I haven't been using it lately, but I had it working on Ubuntu 10.04.

Which kernel and driver version are you using? It's a good card when it works, but getting it working (especially with recent kernels) can be a dog. Be sure to check out this forum: http://www.tbsdtv.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=22

There hasn't been any activity there for about a month, but it looks like the problem being reported in the thread fro Kernel 3.x is exactly what you're experiencing.
