Periodically there is a discussion on "what is the best ISP". It varies
- How much do you want to pay
- How much do you download and when
- How much service do you want
- What special offers are around

Utility Warehouse is normally recommended
Entanet (www.ukfsn.org offer retail, if wholesale ask Drogon :) )
BT
Virgin
