[LUG] scanning and sane
My scanner used to scan page after page on demand but after a few system
and software upgrades the first scan is 'on demand' but following scans
take minutes to start up - its faster to kill SimpleScan or Sane and
start again rather than do a repeat scan. This MAY be due to an old
scanner but has anyone got any experience with any 'modern' CHEAP scanners.
