When you say "isn't loading", are we talking a timeout, or not being able to resolve boingboing.net as an address?Timing out but seems to be working fine from the next morning and thereafter so wonder if the ISP cache threw a wobbly or something. With all these sites being attacked by organised gangs I was wondering...
You use an ISP who caches your data? Do ISPs still do that these days? I'm somewhat surprised...More likely a DNS issue, or even peering between your ISP and the network they use to get to it.
Some tools from the command-line: host BoingBoing.net ping BoingBoing.net mtr BoingBoing.net etc. Gordon -- The Mailing List for the Devon & Cornwall LUG http://mailman.dclug.org.uk/listinfo/list FAQ: http://www.dcglug.org.uk/listfaq
