I'm quite happy using either the keyboard or mouse for a lot my computer input, but I find using the keyboard is quicker. I annoyed the IT manager at my secondary school for being quite happy to use their computer system without a mouse (as my fellow students repeatedly performed castrations on them) and he wasn't familiar with most of the keyboard shortcuts for things.
