I'm not a million miles away from Stenalees/Par/St Austell. It's a little irritating when I live near three places (more, really, because the Stenalees exchange serves a number of villages) that are getting it imminently or already have it, and I won't have it for a while and I'm only a few miles away. Oh well. The same was true for ADSL.

It's also just as irritating when I have to drive through St Austell daily and I get stuck in one of its many roadworks (Cornwall Council obviously has money to burn, they *love* to do roadworks at the drop of a hat). I have seen FTTC cabinets popping up there though. I wonder if BT plans to turn them on as they are ready rather then letting them rust for a few months before making it available to the entire town at the same time?
