[LUG] New computer

I have just set up a new computer. I have installed Linux Mint 10 KDE as 
I have used Kubuntu for ages so I am used to it. Unfortunately the last 
version I used was Hardy so there have been a lot of changes since then 
and I am finding it somewhat confusing.

Just for starters I simply cannot work out how to add a new user. This 
should be obvious I know, but there it is. Can anyone on the list help 
me please? Just get me started on it. I can see myself in the users list 
but I cannot see any way to add a new one. It was easy on Hardy!!
