Maybe it would be easier if they had some sort of content management system (Joomla, Drupal etc) on their site to make things simpler to edit.

Really though they'd need someone more experienced at setting it up (nearest thing I've done is setting up e107, which includes forums etc).

I wonder if we should maybe arrange to touch base with them say next Friday to go over things and try and come up with some sort of plan of action (maybe a 3 month plan our something so it's not rushed).
