I have a Netgear 604g router which can enable wifi security. At the moment I am not using it as I live in an area where few people have a computer. However it would probably be an idea to set some sort of security up. Since I do not know much about it I am asking for some help. There are various choices. I do not know which to go for. WPA-PSK WPA2-PSK both of those together WPA-802 1x WPA2-802 1x and both those together. So I am confused. Can anyone help me please? Also, once set up what do I have to change on my laptop which is using Linux Mint v9 Xfce? Is it just a matter of typing in the password?
