Cluster values are represented by 32-bit numbers. Fat32 works ok on my
64 bit system.

Personal experience has made me stick with Samsung and Seagate. I
suggest you stay away from the "totally encapsulated in plastic" off
the shelf drives, as they tend to overheat and some even melt. Rather
spend a little on a well ventilated metal case and fit the drive of
your choice.  I've found the following products to work well
